As Head of People and Culture, Tina is passionate about all aspects of the employee experience and delivering exceptional outcomes for the People and Culture function and organisation equally. She has worked within this field for over 15 years and has partnered with leaders and teams to develop, design and deliver business objectives and create transformational change.
Tina has an academic background in Social Sciences, Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management and Sociology and is a Certified HR Practitioner (CPHR). On top of that, she is trained in providing counselling and psychotherapy. She is passionate about understanding other cultures and ways of living from her experiences travelling and teaching English abroad.
Tina is a relatable and dynamic leader who believes LOTE’s most important asset is its people. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as prioritising a healthy lifestyle with regular exercising and reading.
