Roger is a dedicated Qualified Professional Researcher with a vast experience in the field. Throughout his career and at LOTE, Roger has worked extensively in both qualitative and quantitative research, both agency-side and client-side.
Some notable projects include increasing awareness of bushfire risks among multicultural communities for the Victorian DJCS, understanding barriers to the use of emergency health services for Ambulance Victoria, and exploring services available to multicultural senior Australians for the Federal Department of Health and Aged Care.
Roger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from UNSW and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from UTS followed by over 20 years of market research experience. He seeks to go beyond the data and identify underlying issues to provide strategic interventions and insights that enable multicultural to better integrate and thrive in Australian society.
Outside of work, Roger enjoys the outdoors, gardening, and relaxing. He also volunteers in community activities with his church, further embodying his commitment to making a positive impact beyond the professional realm.
