Roger is a seasoned Market and Social Researcher with over 20 years of experience, specialising in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research. Over the past five years, he has focused on multicultural research, delivering culturally inclusive insights that inform impactful programs and policies.
With expertise in research design, data analysis, and actionable insights, Roger has led key studies across government and community sectors. His work has supported interventions in consumer rights awareness, coercive control education, and bushfire safety for at-risk CALD communities.
Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from UNSW and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from UTS. Passionate about using research to drive meaningful change, he is committed to helping governments and community groups better understand and support Australia’s diverse communities.
