Nyima is a committed Research and Insights Specialist responsible for dealing with data, more specifically, developing and maintaining them. Her particular interest in Australia’s multiculturalism and what it encapsulates has allowed her to explore the research industry in more depth surrounding Australia’s growing diverse society.

On top of her academic background in literature, heritage studies, and cultural studies, including an Executive Master of Arts degree from the University of Melbourne, she is also multilingual with fluency in Dzongkha and Hindi as well as conversational skills in Punjabi, Spanish and Chinese.

As a skilled academic researcher, she is experienced in research writing, design and data analysis and is efficient when dealing with data of any kind as well as developing and maintaining them.

Her particular interest in Australia’s multiculturalism and what it encapsulates has driven her passion to conduct meaningful research in diverse areas.

In her spare time, Nyima is fond of museums, libraries and archives as she perceives them to be intimately connected to people and their experiences.
