Before taking over the reins at LOTE, David spent 15 years in the law enforcement sector with state and federal government agencies. David has years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in high-risk environments and has held other more diverse roles including stakeholder engagement and capability development positions.
David has been an advisor to The LOTE Agency on digital capability development and business improvement initiatives for over 8 years. David has travelled the world and is a Churchill Fellow having completed his fellowship research in 2018. David’s tertiary background includes a Bachelor of Multimedia from Swinburne University, several diplomas in public safety and training and a Masters in Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism.
