As Chief Operating Officer, Brad is responsible for leading and developing individuals and teams and creating a warm, fun, and engaging workplace where people thrive.
One of his most pivotal moments was teaching English in Japan to a wide range of people from children to business students and retirees. It sparked his interest in understanding the multicultural community and immersing himself in different cultures and experiences.
Brad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronic) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (Medical Biophysics). His experiences travelling abroad have given him the ability to bring people and businesses together in which he hopes to create an environment where The LOTE Agency can perform at its best.
