As our Head of Project Delivery, Bella ensures the success of our client projects from inception through to completion. Her role is defined by a deep-seated passion for creating meaningful, positive impacts through insight-led multicultural communications. Her background includes leading marketing, communications and digital experiences across Australia’s not-for-profit, social enterprise, community health and property sectors.
Bella is committed to helping government and corporate organisations shape and amplify strategic communication plans that activate lasting social change. She brings over 15 years of experience in providing strategic advice, creative direction, and project management for campaigns and initiatives that challenge the status quo and inspire action.
Bella has a Master of Communication from RMIT, majoring in Communication for Social Change, where her thesis centred on developing a communications framework through co-design with marginalised communities. She also has a Bachelor of Professional Writing from Deakin University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management/Public Relations from Swinburne University.
