As Head of Sales and a multiculturalism advocate, Ash is a well-seasoned professional in the field of community empowerment. His personal background as a member of a migrant Fijian-Indian family has instilled in him a deep appreciation for diversity and the value of breaking down communication barriers to create a cohesive society.
Ash holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with experience in the banking sector. Since joining LOTE, he has helped clients through the multicultural journey in industries such as sports, utilities, and government, using his collaborative approach and out-of-the-box ideas to deliver work with high social impact.
Ash is most passionate about empowering multicultural communities and has a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and bridge cultural gaps. He is also a proud Multicultural Mental Health Ambassador and is committed to actively fighting the stigma of mental health in vulnerable communities.
Outside of work, Ash is an avid sports enthusiast and loves to watch and play AFL. He is a devoted Richmond supporter and never misses an opportunity to cheer for his favourite team. Ash believes in living a well-rounded life, and his interests outside of work help him stay grounded and focused on his goals.
