As PMO Manager, Mylene is responsible for managing projects and thinking about the desired outcomes for not only LOTE’s client but also the client’s client, the end user and the overall target audience.
She feels excited about being part of the journey of a project from start to finish and seeing it come alive. Growing up in a mixed-race family and in an intercultural/interfaith marriage has developed her curiosity to understand diverse cultures and languages as well as different humans in a social, cultural, and economic context.
Mylene holds a Certificate IV in Project Management, Diploma in Advertising and Certificate IV in Media Production. She has years of experience working on government campaigns and projects, ranging from local council projects to large-scale national government campaigns.
Mylene feels fulfilled about advising the best practices to help clients reach their project goals and help create a positive impact on multicultural communities in Australia.
In her free time, she loves going on trips with her husband and highly energetic German Shepherd, exploring new places whether it be a new city, rainforest, or street in her local area.
